Would I be able to arrange a late check-out?
Yes, fees may apply and the cost varies depending on the time you require the room too. Please note all late checkouts are dependent on availability.
Can I extend my stay once I’ve arrived?
Yes, please speak with our reservation team at reception who will be happy to check our availability for you.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
Located on London Road, approx. a 10 minute walk from the Halls of Residence.
I’ve checked in, I need to cancel part of my accommodation, will I incur charges?
Yes, the payment is 100% non-refundable. Please refer to your booking conditions on your booking.com confirmation.
There is a problem with my bedroom/bathroom, where do I report this?
Please contact our reception, who will be pleased to help you. Alternatively please email the team email@example.com
Do you have somewhere to store my luggage on the day of departure?
Yes, this can be left in reception when you check out of your room on the day of departure.
Are there any restaurants located within the halls?
Phoenix Halls is self-catered accommodation, there are no restaurants located on site. However, the halls are within walking distance of several restaurants and supermarkets.
I've lost my keys.
Reception can replace your keys, please note charges will apply to replace lost keys £35.00
Is there laundry service?
No, there is a self-service laundry located in C-Block. Please note you will be required to purchase a laundry card from reception.
When are the bedrooms serviced?
If you are staying for longer than one week, from the second week onwards your linen will be changed and bedrooms will be cleaned once a week. Refuse will be collected each day if left outside the flat.
