Additional Services

Our additional services have been put together to compliment our standard event support package.

The service we provide is flexible, therefore if you are in the unique position where you have done all the pre-event logistics then one of our below additional services can be quoted independently from the standard support package. 

Delegate management

£10.00 per delegate

    • Setting up a bespoke online registration website service, with link for the main conference webpage
    • Running update of costs received through ticket sales
    • Day to day delegate management including pre arrival information
    • Provide a pre-event helpdesk to field delegate queries (from 8.30am – 5.00pm weekdays)

Accommodation support

£5.00 per delegate

    • Source and negotiate hotel rates and accommodation,
    • Hold allocations and agree booking routes.

Post Event Evaluation

£5.00 per delegate 

  • To produce a post event survey via an online platform and distribute link to delegates
  • Collation of feedback from participants
