OUR STANDARD EVENT SUPPORT PACKAGE

Our team of professionals will take on all the pre-event planning and on the day support giving you back the valuable time to focus on the conference and networking. The package inlcudes but is not limited to the following service.

Pre-event Management

Event planning

  • One on one scoping meetings with your Account Manager held at your place of work to discuss key timescales, duties and event plans
  • Arrange relevant site visits for stakeholders

Speaker and sponsor liaison

  • Liaise with speakers, sponsors and exhibitors

Venue logistics

    • Venue sourcing and rates negotiated
    • Liaise with onsite catering and estates teams
    • Ensure signage is appropriately branded and in place prior to the event
    • Draw up Event Safety plan with risk assessments
    • Design, printing and distribution of basic conference literature and packs
    • Work with in house designer to create a conference logo and promotional posters, leaflets and guide (if required)
    • Preparing basic name badges for delegates, adding names and your logos onto badges
    • Sourcing and obtaining quotes for promotional material

On the day event support

  • Provide an event team on the day consisting of one designated Event Manager
  • Meet and greet delegates, speakers and exhibitors and provide registration desk throughout event
  • Provide general support and troubleshooting throughout the day
  • Venue and audio visual equipment is set-up as agreed with organiser
