I have over 20 years’ experience within the events and conference industry.
During my time at the University of Brighton I have been fortunate to be able to progress my career, as well as having the opportunity in shaping and contributing the way Southcoast operates and delivers its range of services seen today in its residential, non-residential and event support activities.
I have enjoyed undertaking studies within the university's Business School giving me the opportunity to further my professional development. As well as beeing able to work alongside and mentor University of Brighton event management students who undertake a placement as part of their degree.
I am passionate about the projects I get involved with and believe in fostering a dynamic working environment that allows Southcoast to provide clients with the high standard of professional services.
I am responsible for managing and overseeing all the operational delivery of our residential, non-residential, event services activities and our Varley Park conference centre, as well as managing Southcoast Conferences & Events team of professionals.
In addition, I undertake the management and operations of the Southcoast Holidays pop up hotel and self-catered language schools which operates July to September each year at our Phoenix halls of residence in Brighton.
I am available to talk to you about any of our services and facilities as well as all things related to event health & safety, data security, systems and our processes, and third party memberships.
